Itinerary

Arrival at Kathmandu international airport meets by our representative, welcomed by garland then drive to hotel, rest and overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Morning breakfast at hotel then full day city tour including, Patan Durbar square, Krishna Mandir Mahabihar Golden Gate temple, and visit Sowyambhunath Temple is an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. It is also known as the Monkey Temple as there are holy monkeys living in the north-west parts of the temple. The Swayambhunath complex consists of a stupa, a variety of shrines and temples, some dating back to the Licchavi period. A Tibetan monastery, museum and library are more recent additions. The stupa has Buddha's eyes and eyebrows painted on. Between them, the number one (in Devanagari script) is painted in the fashion of a nose. Noon after Lunch Visit Bouddhanath Stupa, Boudhanath was founded by the Nepalese Licchavi king Śivadeva (c. 590-604 CE); though other Nepalese chronicles date it to the reign of King Mānadeva (464-505 CE).Tibetan sources claim a mound on the site was excavated in the late 15th or early 16th century and the bones of king Amshuvarma 605-621 were discovered there. However, the Tibetan emperor, Trisong Detsän (r. 755 to 797) is also traditionally associated with the construction of the Boudhanath Stupa.Yolmo Ngagchang Sakya Zangpo from Helambu resurrected Boudhanath. then visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu’s Durbar Square is the site of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex, which was the royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and where important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch, still take place today. Time and again the temples and the palaces in the square have gone through reconstruction after being damaged by natural causes or neglect. Presently there are less than ten quadrangles in the square. The temples are being preserved as national heritage sites and the palace is being used as a museum. Only a few parts of the palace are open for visitors and the Taleju temples are only open for people of Hindu and Buddhist faiths. At the southern end of Durbar Square is one of the most curious attractions in Nepal, the Kumari Chowk. This gilded cage contains the Raj Kumari, a girl chosen through an ancient and mystical selection process to become the human incarnation of the Hindu mother goddess, Durga. She is worshiped during religious festivals and makes public appearances at other times for a fee paid to her guards, evening dinner at hotel and overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Morning breakfast at hotel then check out from hotel then drive to Bhaktapur visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and drive to beautiful Greenhill station Nagarkot. Nagarkot is a village located about 25 miles east of Kathmandu, Nepal. It is located on the northeastern rim of the Kathmandu Valley at an elevation close to 6,800 feet above sea level. It is one of the most scenic spots in the region, renowned for its sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas. You can pick Mount Everest out with its snow-topped peaks on a clear day as there is an observation tower at the very top of the village’s hills. Nagarkot, historically, used to serve as the summer retreat for the royal family and many other aristocrats from Kathmandu. While the town offers great views of the mountains, there are few monasteries or temples. Evening sunset view, dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Early Morning Sunrise and Mountain View from hotel, then after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu then visit Pashupatinath Temple (The Famous Hindu’s God Shiva Temple) then free time and your own activities, Evening dinner at Typical Nepali Restaurant with Live Folk Music and Dance, and overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.
